With 13 member schools from cross Northeast Ohio, the NAC has a rich history of success, fantastic rivalries and some of the best fans in the Midwest. While we are not the official NAC website, we know that fans from Fairport Harbor to Vienna are hungry for more NAC sports.
The Northeastern Athletic Conference (NAC) is a high school athletic league in Northeast Ohio, recognized by the Ohio High School Athletic Association (OHSAA). The current 13 member schools reside in five Northeast Ohio counties – Ashtabula County, Geauga County, Lake County, Portage County and Trumbull County. The newest member of the NAC is the Cardinal Huskies who joined the NAC for the 2025-2026 school year. The Fairport Skippers are expected to leave the NAC after the current school year and Leetonia will replace Fairport in the Fall of 2026. The current NAC members include:

- Bloomfield High School (Trumbull County)
- Bristol High School (Trumbull County)
- Cardinal High School (Geauga County)
- Chalker High School (Trumbull County)
- Fairport Harding High School (Lake County)
- Grand Valley High School (Ashtabula County)
- Leetonia High School (Columbiana County) – joining Fall 2026
- Lordstown High School (Trumbull County)
- Maplewood High School (Trumbull County)
- Mathews High School (Trumbull County)
- Pymatuning Valley High School (Ashtabula County)
- Windham High School (Portage County)

NAC Expansion
The Northeastern Athletic Conference is expanding for the 2027-2028 school year, as four schools will join in for football play. Joining the existing NAC programs will be Brookfield, Champion and LaBrae for all sports, with Liberty joining for all sports except football.
